the beach bungalows are right on the sand with lovely views. parking was tricky since there are no signs.

The staff was decent, I had an absolutely perfect room with a delightful view. The beds were comfortable and there were climate control, a safe, and coffee/tea making machines.

The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant local culture. We had an amazing time snorkeling at nearby beaches, thrilling for all. Our two adult kids loved the cozy vibe, and it was nice having space that felt mad really like home.

Tuup Tulum is a hidden gem! The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with our needs. The hotel boasts a fine ocean view room.

The beach access is fantastic! Loved the ocean view and cool decor. The second-floor bungalow had a view worth climbing for. The atmosphere is perfect for chilling out far from clubs, yet just a short trip away for nightlife.

We were delighted by the beautiful ocean view from our beachfront cabin at the hotel. The comfortable sunbeds and the attentive beach servers made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was also a nice spot to unwind. Locking up a beach chair early is suggested, and be aware of mice in the straw ceiling.

I loved our spacious bungalow with the vaulted thatched roof—it felt so airy and the views were amazing! The access to the beach club was a great perk, too! Just a heads up, parking can be tricky on the busy road.

The Standard Bungalow was super comfy and had a fantastic ocean view! The room felt really light and airy, made waking up a treat. The beds were cozy, and stepping outside meant you were right on the beach. Plus, the decorations were nice and chill. The vibe here is perfect if you're looking for something laid-back away from the parties. Just a great spot to unwind!

The staff was super friendly and helped me with everything I needed, even gave me great tips on where to grab delicious tacos nearby. The picnic area was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The only bummer was the Wi-Fi. It was kinda spotty during busy times, but that just made me focus more on relaxing.

This place is right on the beach and the room is comfortable with all the facilities we needed.

The room was clean and absolutely perfect with incredibly beautiful views of the sea, the hotel was adjacent to a well-known area and the sea, and the Zona Hotelera district was worth visiting.

My room had a mini bar, AC, and a private safe. the location was great, right in the heart of the action. It was only a 10-minute drive from Kart City Ltd, super convenient! 🚗.
